Not a government office. Wilson County Criminal History cannot access, certify, correct, seal, or remove any government record.
Need an Official Record?
Choose the office by record type. Contact Texas DPS Crime Records Division for a statewide public conviction search or fingerprint-based self-review. Ask the Wilson County Sheriff for arrest, booking, or jail records. The District Clerk keeps felony case files, while the County Clerk keeps Class A and B misdemeanors and Class C appeals. A municipal or justice court holds its own fine-only matters.
The sheriff and two clerk counters use different addresses. Confirm current hours before travel or mailing.
